This tequila undergoes a maturation process of 12-18 months in American white oak barrels, followed by a finishing period in Pedro Ximénez (PX) Sherry wine barrels using the Solera method. The production is limited to 9,000 bottles, each adorned with a debossed signature Lobos 1707 wolf head and sealed by hand with dark blue wax caps. It has been awarded a Gold Medal at the 2023 San Francisco World Spirits Competition, attesting to its exceptional quality. With an alcohol content of 80 proof (40% ABV), this tequila is crafted by the Compañia Tequilera de Arandas in Arandas, Jalisco, as indicated by its NOM 1460.
